Return and Refund policy

⚔️ BattleFitGear stands behind every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no returns necessary. You’ll also receive a 20% discount code toward your next order. We take full responsibility to ensure your satisfaction and trust.
1) Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

This applies to all customers worldwide.
- Return Address: Please note that all returns—including both US orders and all international orders (including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom)—must be shipped back to our central warehouse located in the United States.
2) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed

With original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety, underwear, socks, rash guards, compression wear, and personal care products cannot be returned once worn or opened.
3) Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance merchandise

Gift cards

Customized products (e.g., printed names, special orders) → No refunds, exchanges, or size changes
4) Defective or Damaged Products

Send clear photos of the defect/damage with your order number to our support team.

Item must still have its tag and be unused.

You will receive either a full refund or a replacement — plus a 20% discount code for your next order.

No need to return the damaged item — it’s yours to keep as a gesture of goodwill.
5) How to Start a Return
Email support@battlefitgear.com with:

Your full name (as on the order)

Your order number (#BFG-XXXX)

The item(s) you wish to return and your reason
Our team will respond with instructions within 24 hours. Please note: items sent without an approved return request won’t be accepted.
6) Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind, wrong size, or not as expected: customers are responsible for return shipping labels and any associated customs fees.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items: BattleFitGear covers the shipping cost.
7) Exchanges

The quickest option: Return your item, place a new order, then send us the tracking number showing your return was delivered.

Once confirmed, we’ll refund your original item cost (excluding shipping fees).
8) Size Exchange (Non-Custom Products Only)

Ship your item back with tracking.

Once received, we’ll remake and ship your new size.

Custom products are not eligible for size exchange.
9) Refunds

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact support@battlefitgear.com.
Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in original condition (missing tags, worn, damaged packaging) or outside the return period without prior approval.
10) Packaging & Responsibility
Please pack returns securely. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
