Orders
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from "Track Order" page on our website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use the Shopify payment gateway so you can make purchases on our site using a debit card, credit card. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What’s going on?
Make sure your email is correct when you place an order. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. If you will not find it in SPAM contact us at support@battlefitgear.com.
My order has arrived but the product is wrong/damaged, what should I do?
Most orders arrive without problem, but in case of problem contact us at support@battlefitgear.com by sending us the photos of the damaged or erroneous product with the order number.
Missing items, where are the remaining items from my order?
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, the rest are on the way :)
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping usually take?
For the U.S, it usually takes 2-4 business days for processing and 8-12 business days for delivery, 7-10 business days for express shipping service.
Do you offer Express shipping
Yes, currently, Express Delivery is only available to the U.S.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- Items are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
To request for a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
What if my tracking number isn’t working?
Generally the tracking number takes 2 to 3 days to appear in the carrier’s system and normally you will receive it automatically by email. If it doesn’t work or you won’t receive it after a few days, please contact our support team at support@battlefitgear.com.
